Welcome to World of Fear. By purchasing tickets, entering the property, participating in attractions, attending events, or using our website and services, all guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

World of Fear attractions include intense audio, lighting effects, fog, darkness, confined spaces, physical movement, sudden scares, theatrical effects, uneven terrain, animatronics, interactive performers, and immersive environments.

By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Fear and emotional stress 
• Physical exertion 
• Slips, trips, and falls 
• Exposure to fog, strobe lights, loud noises, and special effects 
• Contact with themed environments and props 
• Interaction with performers and guests
•  Guests participate at their own risk.

• Haunted attractions are recommended for guests ages 13 and older. 
• However you know your kids better than we do:  Everyone must walk and no one can be carried at any time.  
• Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
• Certain attractions may have additional restrictions based on intensity or safety requirements. 
• World of Fear reserves the right to deny admission to any attraction based on safety concerns. 

The attractions are NOT recommended for individuals with:

• Heart conditions 
• Seizure disorders or photosensitivity 
• Severe claustrophobia 
• Respiratory conditions aggravated by fog or smoke effects 
• Pregnancy 
• Mobility limitations that could create unsafe conditions 
• Recent surgery or medical restrictions 

Guests with medical concerns should consult a physician before attending.

For the safety of guests and staff, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Fighting or aggressive behavior 
• Harassment of staff or performers 
• Touching actors, props, sets, or equipment 
• Intoxication or disorderly conduct 
• Weapons of any kind 
• Illegal substances 
• Smoking or vaping outside designated areas 
• Line cutting or disruptive behavior 

Violators may be removed without refund and may be subject to law enforcement action.

• Actors may occasionally touch or come in contact with guests
• Guests may NOT touch actors under any circumstances. 

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of:

• Attraction cancellation by World of Fear 
• Severe operational interruption determined solely by management 

Tickets are:

• Non-transferable unless approved by management 
• Valid only for the selected event date unless otherwise stated 
• Subject to capacity limitations and operational delays 

Many attractions operate rain or shine.

Operations may be temporarily suspended due to:

• Severe weather 
• Lightning 
• Unsafe conditions 
• Emergency situations 

World of Fear reserves the right to modify operations, schedules, or attraction availability without notice.

By entering the property, guests grant World of Fear and all associated owners, sponsors and partners permission to:

• Photograph 
• Film 
• Record audio/video 
• Use likenesses for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes 

No compensation will be provided for such use.

Professional photography or commercial recording requires prior written approval.

For guest safety:

• Bags may be inspected upon entry 
• Larger bags or backpacks may be held for retrieval or be refused entry
• Security screening may be conducted 
• Surveillance cameras are in operation throughout the property 

Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry without refund.

Participants in escape room attractions agree:

• Not to intentionally damage puzzles or equipment 
• To follow all game master instructions 
• To immediately report emergencies or unsafe conditions 
• To understand that surveillance monitoring may occur for safety and gameplay purposes 

World of Fear reserves the right to terminate gameplay for unsafe or destructive behavior without refund.

Guests participating in arcade games, mini golf, midway attractions, or family entertainment activities agree to:

• Follow posted safety rules 
• Supervise children appropriately 
• Use equipment only as intended 
• Respect staff instructions and operational limits 

Management reserves the right to close attractions for maintenance or safety reasons.  Management may also remove anyone; including minors or adults acting rudely or threatening.  

All merchandise sales are subject to:

• Availability 
• Posted pricing 
• Return/exchange policies at time of purchase 

Custom, limited edition, seasonal, or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law:

• World of Fear 
• Fear Connection, Inc. 
• Fandom Alliance
• Property owners 
• Employees 
• Volunteers 
• Vendors 
• Sponsors 
• Partners

shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation.

Guests assume responsibility for personal belongings and property.

World of Fear reserves the right to:

• Refuse admission 
• Remove guests 
• Revoke tickets or memberships 
• Deny participation in attractions 

for any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated, or inappropriate.

By using the World of Fear website or online ticketing services, users agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to systems 
• Not to resell counterfeit or unauthorized tickets 
• That all online content, branding, artwork, logos, and media are protected intellectual property of Fear Connection, Inc. World of Fear, and all it's subsidiaries.  

World of Fear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.
